KDC Contemporary Online Movement Class series is modified for small spaces so you can keep your body dancing at home, or wherever you can find some room! With contemporary/release dance forms at its core, our class includes finding alignment and articulation while balancing and building momentum. We will move through space, upside-down, and in-and-out of the floor.
