#NellyYoga #happyflow #InsideFlow
Love yoga? Love music? Why not combine them together in your workout?
Try this Yoga Dance and Flow with the song UNSTOPPABLE by Sia. The flow is good for either beginner or intermediate level. Practice it at home and you can flow anywhere later, just switch on the music. The flow is less than 5 minutes but you can repeat it as many times as you want, 10 minutes to an hour 😊. It’s great for busy people when you don’t have much time or don’t feel motivated to do exercises.
Start your morning routine with this beautiful music and beautiful flow from Inside Yoga. It will help you to get fit, lose weight and feel better for the rest of the day.
I hope you’ll enjoy it! Happy practicing!

What is Inside Flow Yoga?
Inside Flow Yoga is the modern style of yoga in which you’re singing a song with your body.
Inside Flow is a combination of yoga, music and choreography.
This modern yoga style can teach you a lot about grace. In this yoga style – which is based on Vinyasa Flow – a choreography of Asanas is practiced to the rhythm of a song.
This is not only a physically demanding practice but also makes an incredibly light and smooth impression.
“Not everyone can become a successful dancer or performer on the stage, but every klutz can learn to move gracefully. It is embedded in our DNA. Feel into your body and you will find the key.” (Young Ho Kim – Inside Flow founder).
