Here’s how you can get lovely long feet and leg lines. It’s ballet moves, for belly dancers. Being confident and graceful with your legs and feet will take your dancing to the next level, and open you to a whole suite of beautiful moves. In this tutorial we will focus on posture to support our moves, build strength, practise technique with sweeps, jewels and circles, and then bring all our moves into a beautiful combination with some chest isolations too!
