There is nothing quite like a Phil Colgan Spotlight Class ⭐️ @philcolgan is a choreographer, performer, and dance educator born and raised in NYC. Phil was the Associate Choreographer of NEW YORK, NEW YORK on Broadway, directed and choreographed by Susan Stroman, a finalist for The Capezio Award for Choreographic Excellence, and a recipient of The Emerging Theater Artist Award from The Theater Hall of Fame to name only a few of his incredible accolades. As a performer, Phil’s Broadway credits include & JULIET (Swing, Dance Captain) and HAMILTON (Charles Lee). Phil was also a universal swing across HAMILTON’s five North American companies, and spent two years as co-dance captain opening the show’s Philip Company national tour in 2018. As a choreographer and performer, he as made an impact on the spaces he has been able to be a part of. As an educator, Phil continues to share his passion for dance, storytelling, and musicality through teaching for various dance studios, universities, and conventions around the country.
