伝統武術・形意拳の基本技《五行拳》の近接戦闘法～Martial Art Xing Yi Quan “Five Elements Fist” Close-combat Strikes

旺龍堂で指導している中国伝統武術・形意拳には、５種類の基本技《五行拳》があります。
①劈拳：拳を振り下ろす。
②崩拳：拳を水平に突き出す。
③鑽拳：拳を斜め上方へ打ち出す。
④炮拳：一方の掌を展開させつつ、他方の拳を真っすぐ突き出す。
⑤横拳：拳を外側へ捻じり出す。

初期の練法《明勁》においては、外観的にも明確に打ち出す練習をします。
フットワークも活用し、中長距離戦で用います。
さらに練度を上げると、身体内部操作が巧妙になり、外観的には威力がないように見える《暗勁》の訓練に入ります。
モーションが小さく、近接戦闘で威力を発揮します。
両腕は離さずとも、相手の攻撃を受け流し、発勁を打ち込みます。

The traditional Chinese martial art of Xing-Yi-Quan, which is taught at OHRYUDO, has five basic techniques called “Five Elements Fist.”
①Pi-Quan
②Beng-Quan
③Zuan-Quan
④Pao-Quan

In the initial practice stage, “Ming-jin”, we will practice striking out clearly visually.
Striking at this stage utilizes footwork and is used in mid- to long-range combat.

As the level increases further, the internal manipulation of the body becomes more sophisticated, and it enters the stage of “An-jin”, which appears to have no power at first glance.
At this stage, attacks have small motions and are effective in close combat.
We can parry enemy attacks and deliver powerful blows without separating our arms.
